Welcome to the on-line parent teacher interview booking system for Vancouver Technical Secondary. Here you will be able to create an account, enter your children, and then schedule interview times for you to meet with their teachers.

Appointments scheduling will start at specified times, see the schedule listed below. You will find the system very easy to use and it will take only a few minutes to setup your account, your children and your appointments. To register for an account, click on the "REGISTER" tab above.

The upcoming Parent/Caregiver- Teacher Conferences will be held on April 10, 2025 from 3:15 - 4:30pm and 5:15 - 7:00pm in the Large Gym. 

General booking opens on April 3 at 9:00am and closes at 9:00am on April 9. There will be limited spaces for "walk-ins."  Priority booking for those given a priority booking code by the teacher starts on March 14 at 9:00am.
